Heather and Stephanie have been growing vegetables in Sophiasburgh since 2012. Focusing on harvesting to order, they produce around 50 different crops each year. They now offer veggies year round with lots of specialized winter storage, as well as unheated greenhouses for year round greens. They are inspired by small scale organic agriculture’s capacity to feed the world. We are driven by the conviction that it is possible to build a sustainable local food system, and are committed to feeding our community through droughts, floods and pandemics. Our team works to ensure that our farming practices rebuild soils, promote biodiversity, and help you enjoy tasty veggies fresh from our fields.
